I really like this piece. Because the angle is so much different from what I see usually. The citylights look like throbbing vains in the night - wonderful effect, as is the shower of dust raining into empty sky... just poetic. I love this piece. Only the shockwave of impact could have used more geometrical distortion or depth, that would be nice.

The rest, the clouds, depth, anything about this piece is amazing, a real good new +fav! The star background is amazing, detailed, realistic, colorful and contrasting with the abyssmal emptiness below - a contrast I love. I don't know what this signifies for you, but for me, it signifies that the stereotypical 'good' destroys so many in it's path to destroy evil, which is, in itself, evil.

i love the colors you used. specially the red... beautiful (though violent) meteors . the detail on the big planets look awesome. i don't know how you people do it.

the only think that bothers me a little is that the small planet on the upper right side looks like a button.

nice work overall dude, but i got some nitpicking to do.

top right planet, doesn't really serve much purpose, i can understand why you perhaps may feel the need to add it as a "filler" - but if you are going to keep it, think of some way to improve it, since it sucks when it's next to the awesome larger planet. The larger planet and explosion, like i said are very good, i also like the transition of colour behind, and the city lights are superb. stars and meteors are done well, however i just feel as if the zoom effect could be phased out a little more gradually going into the dark blue.

However overall, another good piece worthy of a fav good job mate

lol kool, custom changes ok well for the starfield I would give them a orange/gold, for the planet I'd stick with the blue you got for the bottom but with a slight red/orange (around the metor impact but not as big as you did) the same color you'd use for the meteor and for the kind of nebula at the top, I dunno, I'd try a green or a blue or simply a yellow nebula!

What d'you think of that?

wow, that explosion is awesome, and the color works well. but the top two planets i dont really like. the bigger one is deformed looking and the ringed one just doesnt fit. nevertheless
